Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) before using this website (Website) and the self-exclusion services provided by the Website (Services). These Terms contain important details regarding your use of the Services and the agreement between you and us.
Who we are
We are Luxury Leisure – RAL, a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at Fifth Avenue Plaza, Queensway, Gateshead, Gateshead, NE110BL, UK (we or us).
By completing your registration, you are entering into a binding agreement with us and you confirm that you have provided truthful and accurate information.
These Terms set out the rules which apply to your use of the Website and our Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will attempt to notify you if we make any material updates. You agree that it is your responsibility to review the Terms on a regular basis in order to update you of any such changes.
In order to use the Services you must first register for them on the Website. Our registration page requires you to provide information such as:
- your name;
- your date of birth; and
- your home address.
As part of your registration, we will also confirm:
- the details of the nominated Adult Gaming Centre premises (Premises) in respect of which you seek to self-exclude;
- the self-exclusion radius, being a radius of 1km from the Premises (Radius); and
- the duration of your minimum self-exclusion, which shall be between 6 and 12 months (Exclusion Period).
We will also require you to provide a suitable headshot photograph of you, either using a device provided by us and uploaded to the registration form or using a device provided by you and uploaded to the registration form.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR REGISTRATION AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT THE SERVICES WILL COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL OR SHORTEN THE PERIOD OF YOUR SELF-EXCLUSION.
Once you have accepted these Terms, we will activate your self-exclusion in relation to the Premises and (subject to these Terms) any other premises being operated, within the Radius, as an Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) by another AGC operator (Third Party Operator) which is participating in a self-exclusion scheme. Generally, we will seek to activate your self-exclusion within 24 hours, but we do not give any guarantee of when your self-exclusion will commence.
Notwithstanding the above, we have no control or responsibility over whether:
- a Third Party Operator who is operating within the Radius will observe your self-exclusion request or is actively, appropriately or compliantly participating in a self-exclusion scheme; or
- a Third Party Operator who is participating in a self-exclusion scheme will activate your exclusion and when it might do so.
We also have no control or responsibility over a Third Party Operator ceasing to operate an AGC premises within the Radius during the term of your Exclusion Period or an alternative Third Party Operator commencing AGC operations at that premises. Nor do we have any control or responsibility over a Third Party Operator commencing the operation of a new AGC premises within the Radius during the term of your Exclusion Period.
You will not, during the Exclusion Period, be granted access to the Premises or other premises within the Radius operated as AGCs by us or (subject to these Terms) any other premises within the Radius operated as AGCs by Third Party Operators participating in a self-exclusion scheme.
Once registered, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with details of all the premises operated by us as AGCs and those of Third Party Operators within the Radius which participate in a self-exclusion scheme. We will also use reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as reasonably practicable if, during your Exclusion Period:
- a premises that has been notified to you as operating as an AGC within the Radius (by us or a Third Party Operator) ceases to operate;
- we or a Third Party Operator commence/s the operation of an AGC at a premises within the Radius previously operated by an alternative operator; or
- we or a Third Party Operator commence/s operation of an AGC at a premises within the Radius which was not at any other time during your Exclusion Period in operation as an AGC.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIRD PARTY OPERATORS MAY PROVIDE SELF-EXCLUSION SERVICES THAT DIFFER TO OUR SERVICES. IF SO, THESE MAY BE GOVERNED BY DIFFERENT TERMS AND YOU SHOULD ASK THEM ABOUT THESE DIRECTLY.
Self-exclusion is intended to assist you in managing your use of gambling machines. It will not result in you being denied access to AGCs outside of the Radius and we cannot guarantee that it will always result in you being denied access to any AGC within the Radius.
To improve the efficacy of self-exclusion you agree not to attempt to mislead the staff of operators who are employed at any AGC premises within the Radius in order to gain entry or to, in any other way, circumvent us providing the Services during the Exclusion Period. You are entirely responsible for any actions you take designed to circumvent any self-exclusion registered with us.
Duration of your Self-Exclusion
Your self-exclusion will not automatically expire at the end of the Exclusion Period, nor will we contact you to let you know that the Exclusion Period has expired.
At any time prior to the expiry of your Exclusion Period, and within 6 months after you have re-instated, you may contact us and instruct us to extend your Exclusion Period. At any time prior to the expiry of the Exclusion Period, you may contact us and instruct us to re-instate you at the end of your Exclusion Period.
If you do not contact us before the expiry of your Exclusion Period, your self-exclusion will automatically continue for a further 6 months during which you will not be able to cancel or shorten the period of your self-exclusion. After this date you will be automatically re-instated.
Any re-instatement will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period, during which your self-exclusion will remain active.
As with self-exclusion activations, although we take care to re-instate you as soon as possible, and re-instatement should occur straight after the 24-hour cooling-off period, we cannot guarantee that your re-instatement will happen within this timeframe. The speed at which you are re-instated will also be dependent on the effective operation of Third Party Operators, for which we are not responsible.
Accuracy of Information and Security
You agree that you will provide truthful and accurate information when registering to use our Services and that you will only register for the Services on your own account.
YOU MUST NOT REGISTER ANYONE ELSE FOR SELF-EXCLUSION
It is a breach of these Terms to register any other person for the Services.
Responsibility for your Registration
You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date and, if you would like to change or update any of this information, please contact us with the details of such changes.
You agree that this Website, our Services and all material published in relation to them, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, data and software are owned or licensed to us and that you may not copy, adapt, or use such content without our consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Except as expressly set out in these Terms, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind in respect of the Website or our Services and all conditions, warranties and representations express or implied are hereby excluded to the full extent permitted by law.
Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise arising under or in connection with:
- your ability or inability to register for our Services;
- our failure to prevent you or anyone else from gambling;
- your ability or inability to access any gambling premises; or
- your use of or reliance on our Services or any content displayed on our Website.
- We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your access to any gambling premises or any loss of opportunity if you are prevented from accessing any gambling premises.
We may terminate your registration (or any part thereof), your access to our Website, and your use of our Services without notice if you are in breach of these Terms or if we believe in our absolute discretion that your use of our Services is unsuitable in any way.
Other Important Terms
No variation of these Terms other than updates made by us and published on our Website will be effective or bind us unless made in writing by or on behalf of us.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable or against public policy by a court of competent jurisdiction, these Terms should be read as though that provision had been removed, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
No provision of these Terms will be enforceable solely by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to these Terms, your access to our Website and your use of our Services.
