Relief Supervisor

The Position:

Working in a fast-paced environment, our Relief Supervisors are responsible for supporting all aspects of the day to day operations of their venue.

We are on the lookout for driven individuals who can deliver impeccable customer service to our customers, are team players and leaders who can step up to support their venue in the day-today operations of the venue and support in the leadership of the venue team when the need requires.

This position would suite a someone currently working in customer service role with the experience or capability of supervising a team. This role would be ideal for someone who’s looking to take that next step in their career with plenty of progression opportunities for the right person in this growing company. Full training will be provided.

The Managers of our Venues are responsible for day-to-day operations of their store, attracting new and retaining current customers, and managing the staff in their charge. This is a varied and hands-on role; no day will be the same as the other.

The Position:

Our Promoters are responsible for meeting and greeting customers and members of the public and informing them of our store offers and deals. You will be on hand to help by answering questions and actively promote our business in all aspects. 

Your Duties:

Duties involve handing out leaflets, speaking with people on the street about our services and sales, representing the Admiral brand on the High Street. Travel to nearby areas will be required but expenses will be reimbursed. The role will mainly involve weekend working but you’ll be give 4 weeks’ notice of the rota. Full training and uniform will be provided.
