Job Description

Supervisor – Bristol

Contracted Hours – 30 hours per week (5 shifts)

Shift Pattern – Day/evening shifts between 11AM and 11PM

Hourly Rate – £10.30 per hour

What is the role?

You will play an integral part in the day to day running of the venue by delivering excellent customer service. Your tasks will include:
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Providing refreshments and snacks to customers.
  • Promoting offers to customers.
  • Handling cash and giving change to customers.
  • Checking the ID of customers who look 25 and under.

  • We are a fast-paced, 7 days a week business and as such the ideal candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable.
  • To follow guidance and procedures including strict legislations.
  • To demonstrate leadership capabilities and take on leadership responsibilities as and when required
