Job Description

Luxury Leisure are currently looking to recruit a talented and resourceful Payroller

Prerequisites:

Two years’ experience working in a busy payroll department.
Clear understanding of the importance of ‘Attention to detail’

Payroll Technician Qualifications or connections to CIPP would be advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing accurate and timely end to end payroll ensuring tight deadlines are met
  • Ensure payroll queries are dealt with in timely manner
  • Support month end payroll
  • End of year processing and reconciliation including payments summaries (P45’s,60’s &

P11Ds)

  • Dealing with attachment of earnings
  • Salary Sacrifice
  • Respond to tax related queries
  • Dealing with wage journals
  • Dealing with HMRC
  • Dealing with all pension set ups and queries
  • Year-end reconciliations
  • Appropriately safeguard confidential information
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations
  • Hands on experience with payroll Software
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
